How we make money
Planned, not final — the same three lines we show investors.
A · The mover pays onceMove Pack, $100 one-time — the 60-day move, done. No subscription, nothing renews.
B · Partners pay per customerWhen you choose a bank, carrier, mover, insurer or gym through Put Roots, that partner may pay us a referral fee ($30–150 per customer, planned — no partner agreement exists today). You never pay more for it, and paying us never moves a partner up the list: ranking follows your criteria only. Through a partner link you pay exactly what you would pay going direct; the fee the partner pays us is what keeps Move Pack at $100 one-time instead of a subscription.
C · After you've moved, per orderGroceries, home goods, a home sale ordered through the agent: a percentage of that order, paid by the merchant.
What we never do: paid ranking, selling your data or your contact details as a lead, or a cut on anything regulated — your lease, your bank account, your visa.
Auto-renewal, cancellation and refunds
PriceNothing is charged today: Free Explorer is $0 and no paid plan is on sale. Move Pack $100 (one-time) is planned pricing, not final — this page changes before anyone is charged.
Billing periodIf you subscribed to Roots Essential ($9 / month) during the validation period, it still bills monthly on the day you subscribed, until you cancel. No new subscriptions are opened.
Auto-renewalAn existing monthly subscription renews automatically — you keep being charged each month at that price until you cancel. We email a receipt for every charge. If we ever raise a price, we email you first and you can cancel before it takes effect.
One-click cancellationUse Manage subscription below to cancel yourself, any time — no email, no phone call. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: full access until then, no charge after.
RefundsIf this is your first paid subscription with Put Roots and you cancel within 7 days of the first charge, we refund that charge in full — write to admin@deciqai.com from the email on your account. One per account.
After 7 days we don't refund partial periods: cancel whenever you like and keep access through the period you paid for. A paid plan buys the software and the preparation work: verified answers with their sources and dates, matching, comparison, drafts, reminders and follow-up. It does not buy an outcome — we can't and don't promise you'll get a lease, a card, or an approval from any third party.
